If guest purchases total less than $300 the host simply covers the remaining balance at the conclusion of the event - but you don't lose that money.

Choose merchandise from the Hat & Patch Bar equal to the remaining value or receive a DMC gift card for the difference. Gift card is redeemable in store or at another hat & patch bar pop up.

Before your event, we'll ask a little about your group - interests, themes, styles and overall vibe - so we can bring a patch assortment that makes sense for your guests.
Not sure what you'll like? We can help with that too.
Our mobile assortment is curated specifically for off-site events and will not include every patch available in our Downtown Waukesha Hat & Patch Bar. Specific patch designs cannot be guaranteed.

frequently asked questions
Can i reschedule?
Yes. With at least 48 hours' notice, your booking fee can transfer to a new available date. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will require a new booking fee.
what about bad weather?
Outdoor events require a backup location. If severe weather makes travel unsafe or impractical, we'll work with you to reschedule.
