PART TIME RETAIL & EVENTS TEAM MEMBER

Join Distinktive Merch Co. in Downtown Waukesha — a bold, fast-paced apparel shop looking for someone reliable, energetic, and ready to jump in.

We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy team member (18+) to support retail, events, and day-to-day operations during our busiest season.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role with a focus on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and local events.
Must be available for Friday evenings and Saturdays.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with apparel, hats, drinkware, and more

• Run the register and process transactions

• Restock, organize, and maintain the sales floor

• Support order pickups and ensure accuracy

• Assist with local events (setup, sales, breakdown)

• Help with basic order processing (training provided)

• Answer customer questions in-store, by phone, and online

• Jump in where needed — this is a team-first environment

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Takes initiative and stays productive without constant direction

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time, as-needed based on coverage

• Consistent need for Friday evenings, Saturdays, and events

• Additional hours available for events and team coverage

• Pay: $17/hour + tips
