Group Store Order inquiry

Group store orders typically leave our facility 10–15 business days after the close of the sale. When someone wants to return/ exchange from a pop-up Shop
Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out, I’m sorry to hear the item wasn’t quite what you expected. Because all items in our spirit wear stores are made to order, we aren’t able to accept exchanges or returns. This policy is noted in the store and it is part of the agreement at checkout. That said, I completely understand how disappointing it can be when things don't work out. As a courtesy, I’d be happy to offer you 30% off a reorder of the item. If you would like to take advantage of that, I can send you a custom reorder payment link right away, just let us know what size you would like to go with and if you would like the item shipped to you (typically around $6.99 for shipping) of you plan to pick it up at our Downtown Waukesha location when it is complete. Backordering a custom order
Thanks so much for your order! We wanted to let you know that one of the items in your order is currently on backorder from the manufacturer, which means it’s temporarily unavailable. Here are the options available to keep things moving smoothly: Wait for the item to restock, and we’ll proceed with production as soon as it becomes available. Swap to a comparable item that’s currently in stock. Split the order, producing the available items now and the backordered item once it arrives (additional charges may apply). Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’re happy to recommend alternatives if needed.
Artwork not print ready
To ensure the best print quality, we may need to adjust or recreate the artwork so it’s production-ready. This can include resizing, vectorizing, or cleaning up the file. Artwork time is billed at $60 per hour with a half-hour minimum. We can occasionally work with high-quality PNG files, but SVG or EPS files work best for production. We’ll always review the artwork first and confirm any additional cost before moving forward.

Extended sizes pricing
Our standard pricing includes sizes XS–XL. Extended sizes do require additional material and production considerations, which is why they’re priced separately.

"When will my organization open up another store?"
We don’t always have visibility into when an organization plans to open another online store. In the meantime, we’re happy to help you place a custom order directly. I can send you a link to the organization’s most recent store for reference—just screenshot the items you’d like along with sizes and colors, and we’ll create a separate invoice for you.
