1. Clock In – Work Ready

  • Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to work.

  • Greet team members and settle in quickly.

  • Phones away in lockers(Trello, communication with offsite employees or vendors, etc.).

2. Check Trello / Job Board

  • Review Trello first thing to see your assignments and production priorities for the day.

  • Check for any notes, comments, or new cards from management.

  • Make sure you review what’s active, what’s pending, and what’s complete.

3. Check In with Chain of Command

  • Communicate your plan for the day with the appropriate lead:

  - 1st: Azar(for production)

  - 2nd: Emily

  - 3rd: Sarah

  • Discuss workflow order, pressing priorities, and any shipping or prep tasks that need to be done first.

4. Process & Ship Orders

  • Begin the day by packaging and shipping any orders ready to go out.

  • Double-check order accuracy, addresses, and tracking numbers before sealing.

  • Update Trello once the order has shipped and mark it complete.

5. Production – Until UPS Arrives

  • Focus on production tasks such as printing, picking, sorting, or preparing blanks.

  • Stay organized and communicate if delays or issues arise.

  • Keep your workspace tidy and tools clean as you go.

6. UPS Arrival

  • When UPS arrives:

 - Check in all incoming shipments immediately.

 - Cut DTF prints.

 - Sort blanks and prints accurately into their designated bins or areas.

- UPDATE TRELLO and check boxes are applicable blanks and prints that have arrived on their respective cards.

  • If all items for orders are checked in, place invoices into the ‘finished’ basket hanging on Sarah’s desk.

7. Continue Production + Begin Daily Maintenance

  • Resume production once deliveries are handled.

  • Begin assigned daily cleaning and maintenance tasks during slower periods or as directed.

  • Maintain awareness of your space — clean as you go to avoid end-of-day clutter.

8. End-of-Shift Check-In

  • Check in again with your chain of command before clocking out.

  • Review what was completed and what’s pending.

  • Note anything that needs follow-up or attention for the next shift in Trello.

9. Closing Checklist (if Closer)

  •  Complete all items on the closing checklist before leaving inlcuding:
